Dispatch Time

All orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on a working day (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all deliveries within the UK. This service typically delivers your order the next working day after dispatch, including full tracking and delivery notifications.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel’s progress on the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery, but please note that this is not a guaranteed service. While the vast majority of parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
